Booking

Appointments may be booked online through our scheduling system or by direct email. Confirmation and reminder emails are automatically sent once your booking is complete.

Cancellations

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% session fee.

• “No-shows” or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session rate.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive or log in promptly at your appointment time. Sessions that begin late due to client delay cannot be extended and will conclude at the scheduled end time.

Refunds

Session fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If a session is canceled by RedWolf Healing Energies, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
